Why the skin of a European cow is shiny and why Indian cows dont have a shiny skin?

The skin colour or texture depends upon their heredity which means they get those characters from their parents. It is assumed that cooler temperature, separated food habit and the different climatic conditions are also responsible for the shiny texture of European cows.
