We feel bad in India when somebody die like new disease like swine flu .Cleanliness is a grey area in India and we do not maintain any discipline in cleanliness and even the rich sitting on Honda city spit on the highways like Mamba and the poor still use the pathways as toilets . This is the maniacs to spread disease and we blame Govt and other bodies .Self discipline and attitudinal changes from us only can change India a developed country .Campaigns and Strict action and Fines can only make people to improve .More toilets to be provided in slum  area and public education to be given on civic sense ,cleanliness and health aspects .Govt should spend every penny in a proper manner towards ''Keeping India Clean Campaign"
Cleanliness is Godliness and it is the only medicine that can cure the menace of mosquitoes and flies spreading the deadly deceases .We are responsible and we need to get solution and not to blame others .
A great country like India with lots of good heritage can easily change this scenario and we need not compare ourselves with Singapore and other countries and we can be one and others can follow good things from us . Let us wake up .
