Subject: Poor facilities at the hospital

I am ABC, a resident of New Delhi. I was recently admitted to the Government Hospital for treatment of pneumonia. It is with regret that I inform you about the dismal condition of facailities offered by the hospital. The doctors were missing during work hours, the wards were dirty, the patients were kept in unhygienic conditions, basic medicines were unavailable. The treatment offered and the attention given by the doctors was unsatisfactory. eventually, I chose to get treatment at a private hospital. But, not all can afford private treatment and the authorities need to look into the administration of the hospital closely.

I hope that the concerned authorities will take appropriate steps to raise the standard of the Government Hospital and offer good medical facilities to the masses.
