Subject: Water Shortage in parts of Delhi

I am a regular reader of your national daily, and would like to
express my views through the columns of your esteemed newspaper
Despite the promises made in every election and rally, the problem
of water shortage in Delhi seems to persist Considering the fact
that water is perhaps one of the most important basic necessities
our day to day lives, the lack of it makes daily chores especially
difficult The municipal corporation needs to figure out a way, to
ensure effective water distribution channels that will help the
public, and solve the problem of water shortage all together
One can only hope that the government will wake up to the plight of
people, and take counter measures that solve the problem
