The Park near my house
I still remember those times when other used to take me to the park situated near my house. The swings , the slide, see-saws and much more. The only reminicence I have in my mind is the smooth, tall slide. You can catch a star sitting on the slide. The only happiness children at those times could get was a visit in the park, twice a week. Even today, toddlers do come and drop in the park. It was the only place I shared my feelings. the happy moments, the sad ones and often comical ones. The park had a huge open ground . The girls played hide and seek whereas the boys played football. Recently, the notice for the demolition of the park. Tears did fall of my eyes but I am sure the ground is happy to share those moments with us.
