india is an independent country ...but there are some very sad situations that makes some people think that they are not the independent citizen of india....
freedom and child labour....it is  against the right of any citizen...-the constitutional rights.
child labour is one of the most pathetic situations that we still see in our mother land.according to the constitution ., children below 14 years of age are not to be forced for labour...(helping is not a labour .,though! ) this affects their freedom and therefore confiscate their rights.
many such people and children are still struggling to get their freedom and rights.
according to them ., it isn't that easy to go to the court .,as -it  takes a lot of time,money and paperwork..
if the court takes a long time to settle a case ..their time ,money and all struggles would have been useless.the court which delays  and  people who force them are  actually  taking away their freedom from them...
