Write a short note on enclosure

In the early 1700s there was the Enclosure movement which was responsible for the Industrial Revolution in England.The wealthy farmers purchased land from small and marginal farmers and started farming in huge tracts of land got the benefit from large scale production. Such movement led to improved crop production such as crop rotation.People started migrating to cities in search of new jobs instead of working in farmland. In England ,people moved to places where factories were built and got engaged in factory works.
