Government is institutional setup in our democracy that includes mainly three sub institutions-
1- Legislature
2- Executive
3- Judiciary
Legislature- legislature in Indian politics consist of the lok sabha and Rajya sabha at the Central level and in states it is state legislative assembly and in some States state legislative council as well. These bodies make loss and past certain regulations for the smooth functioning of the government.
Executive- the central council of ministers along with its subordinate that help or that decide the order in which such legislations are to be executed for the well being of the citizen are executive.
Judiciary-
The supreme body that looks after the rights of the citizen and act as a rein on legislature and executive so that they do not act in an arbitrary manner is judiciary.
