Pradhan Mantri Rozgar Yojana-
It was launched in 1993. It is aimed at providing self-employment opportunity to educate unemployment youth in the rural and urban areas. Under this programme, scheduled banks provide loans at a lower interest rate to start small business and set up industry.

Swarna Jayanti Shahari Rozgar Yojana-
Swarna Jayanti Shahari Rozgar Yojana in India is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme which came into effect on 1 December 1997. The scheme strives to provide gainful employment to the urban unemployed and underemployed poor, through encouraging the setting up of self-employment ventures or provision of wage employment.
Swarna jayanti gram swarozgar yojana-
This programme was launched in April,1999. The objective of SGSY is to provide sustainable income to the rural poor. The programme aims at establishing a large number of micro-enterprises in the rural areas, based upon the potential of the rural poor. It is envisaged that every family assisted under SGSY will be brought above the poverty-line with in a period of three years.
