Chandragupta was the founder of the Maurya dynasty. The most important rulers of the Maurya dynasty was Chandragupta, his son Bindusara and , Bindusara son Ashoka. Ashoka was the only king in the history who gave up war after winning the war of Kalinga. Bindusara was supported by Kautilya or Chanakya.
