• It was a hot day and I was returning home from the school.
• Usually my friend and I go together but today, as he was unwell, I had to travel alone. 
• I generally used to walk home from school. 
• At a turn, I saw an old beggar. His dress looked very dirty and he was covered with mud. 
• Taking pity on him I gave him the pack of biscuits that I had in my bag.
• He smiled and thanked me. 
• Suddenly there was a commotion. 
• I saw a man running towards me with a pistol. He fired few rounds in the air.
• I froze with fear. 
• I was scared, but suddenly I saw the beggar pouncing at the young miscreant.
• They both grappled and the beggar effectively disarmed the assailant. 
• I saw the beggar taking out a phone from his pocket and talking to someone.
• Within few minutes five police vans arrived.
• Everyone saluted the beggar and the assailant was taken into custody.
• I was shocked and amazed.
• The beggar came to me smiling and thanked me for the biscuits. 
• He also told me that he was infact a high ranked police official, who was dressed as a beggar, to catch the dreaded criminal.
