Ajit endrosed first bill to Rakesh in full settlement of amount 525. Ajit discounted rate of annual interest 4.5% of second bill on 19th may by own banker. Third bill's full amount pay to Ajit cut the rebate of 5% annual interest on 5th June. First and second base dishonoured on due dates.
