Here is the composition of the gases in the atmosphere of the earth:
78 per cent consists of Nitrogen.
Oxygen constitutes 20.9 per cent.
Argon constitutes 0.9 per cent.
Carbon dioxide constitutes 0.03 percent
The rest 0.17 consists of other gases such as Helium, water vapour etc.
