1. This is to bring to your notice the unsatisfactory service provided by your staff, to a victim of the pandemic I had accompanied on the 15th of April.
2. The entire hospital was entirely disorganized. Firstly, I was made to stand in a queue for 45 minutes outside of the emergency ward to meet with the doctor albeit I showed up just on time for the appointment of my friend who has all the symptoms of COVID-19. I do not understand the point of Emergency wards if I have to wait for 45 minutes. 
3. Additionally, the nurses were gossiping and were extremely rude when my friend who had a mask on began coughing.
4. The emergency ward was extremely unhygienic. 
5. The doctor arrived only after waiting for another 120 minutes inside the emergency ward.
6. I hope you will take strict action against these health-workers.
