I have received a washing machine, Samsung KY214, that I ordered from your store on 1st July, 2021. I am very sorry to say that the washing machine is defective. After a week of usage, the cord of the machine has broken and it has started making disturbing noise. I am highly disappointed because of this.
I want to return this to you. Your store is known for its reputation and credibility. I request you to replace this damaged washing machine with a new one. In the past also, I have purchased many products from your store but this kind of a thing has never happened. I am sure you will look into this matter and resolve at the earliest.
I am looking forward to an early reply from your end. I hope to receive a new washing machine in perfect condition. Please replace it at the earliest and oblige.
