I would like to draw your kind attention towards the chain snatching cases in our locality . I am living on the second street of Raghupura.  Recently, there have been many cases of chain and purse snatching in our area near the main market. It was not like this earlier and we got to hear about an incident or two once in a while but now every now and then, this kind of incident happens. People have observed that usually such incidents occur during the rush hours. The victims are not able to look at the faces of the culprits but it seems that they are young boys in their twenties and they do not belong to this area.

Through this letter, I would request you to draw attention of the authority concerned about it.
