This seems to be a project topic. If you are the shopkeeper of selling  some brand of  shirt and have to make an advertisment to sell this branded shirt more&more, then perhaps you will take care of the following things during making the advertisement:

1)Analyse the product and the buyers.

2)Start by choosing a single benefit of your product or service that you wish to highlight above everything else or better called the "unique selling point".

3)Write attention-grabbing or rather catchy headlines. This will attract people

4)Make it appealing enough for them to purchase. 

5)Write with a natural style. 

6)Suit your language to your intended audience. 

7)End by telling the reader what to do; e.g. "Ring now" or "Order now "or "free delivery!" 

8) Transaction details should be very clear.

Innumerable advertisements flood the newspapers, television. They can be resourceful too!
