Dear mother,
Hope you will find this letter in the best of your health. I have a very disappointing news for you. I have been excluded from the school team for an important interschool match.
I am still confused why our coach did not selected me. You know how much I like cricket, and our coach always appreciated me for the way I played cricket. But I don't know what happened to me on the day of selection! I was fully prepared for the selection but it did not work. I am really very disappointed with myself.
After this incident I understood that I have to work more harder than before. I think our coach didn't selected me seeing my over-confidence. I always insulted my friends and other players too, thinking that I am the best. But now I understood my fault and I promise you that I will not do it again.
