Dear Diary,

I spent the whole day today in the railway ticketing counter queue, feeling harassed and disappointed!

There was utter chaos with no clear, demarcated queue; people were cutting lines and there was general confusion. The staff was unhelpful and the forms to be filled were unclear. Many agents were openly giving bribes to officials and getting tickets reserved. The government has done little to make the ticket reservation process user-friendly. I hope that steps will be taken in the immediate future to make this experience a less-harrowing one!
