Contribute for the class wall magazine

All students of class VII are requested to contribute to  the wall magazine. You can submit essays, drawings, unique photographs, stories etc. to be put up in the wall magazine. Ensure that whatever you submit is original and your  own creation. The wall magazine can be used to show case your talents. We have a team of editors who will go through your submissions and then guide you in case any changes are to be made. We look forward to your enthusiasm and support for this endeavor being made by our team. You can begin your submissions from tomorrow.

Here's the notice. i don't know about the format:-

Dear Friends, its a proud moment to know that this year, our class has been selected to publish the wall magazine and I ________________(your name), am incharge of making this magazine. So, I request all of the children of class 7 to contribute their amazing art works,stories,etc. to me before 20th September. You can give your entries to either ________________(your name) or ___________________(one of your classmate's name). Participation will be appreciated...
