What is the difference between Theory and Law?

Theory is an explanation of any phenomena based upon the  adopted assumptions and thereby deduction of a model or equations that is confirmed repeatedly by experiment.

Scientific law is a mathematical relationship between two physical quantities that are obtained  and confirmed by experiment.
