Position : Education Executive/ Sr. Education Executive

Location : Chennai

Working days:- Monday fixed off (Tuesday-sunday working)

Reporting to: Manager/ TL – Direct sales


POSITION OVERVIEW
The BDE shall be a part of the fast growing Alternate sales group and shall be accountable for the
profitable achievement of sales objectives associated with the assigned market, segment, and sales
targets.
The BDE is responsible for his/her sales productivity, and directs their effort in order
to have the greatest overall impact on company results.

 

Remuneration: Fixed Salary (based on experience, candidature and current salary) + Incentives + Mediclaim + Conveyance + Telephone Reimbursement + Retirement Benefits (Leave Encashment, Gratuity) based on the statutory parameters.

Detailed Job Description:
 
1.) Relevant Sales Experience
2.) No Cold Calling & data collection
3.) Working on the given meetings and visiting the client.
4.) Giving demos and presentations regarding the product.
5.) Generating the revenue to the organization by converting the leads into sales.   
6.) Achieving sales targets set by the management for monthly and quarterly.
 
Qualification:

Graduate/post graduate(mba/pgdm/Ba/B.com etc)

Specific Consideration:


  • Good communication & convincing skills.
  • Candidate must have his own conveyance & Android phone.
  • Must be comfortable travelling within assinged region daily for client meetings.
  • Tamil speaker is preferred.
