Position : Education Executive/ Senior Education Executive

Location : Delhi

Reporting to: Manager/ TL – Direct sales

Shift Timing:6 (Saturday & Sunday Working; Week Off-Monday)

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

The BDE shall be a part of the fast growing Alternate sales group and shall be accountable for the

profitable achievement of sales objectives associated with the assigned market, segment, and sales

team management.

The BDE is responsible for his/her assigned team’s sales productivity, and directs their effort in order

to have the greatest overall impact on company results. The AM/TL manages all aspects of running

an efficient sales team, including hiring, supervising, coaching, disciplining, and motivating direct

report sales associates .

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1.) Visiting customer, giving demos / presentations regarding the product and convert them into paid customer.

2.) Lead would be provided by the company.

3)  No Cold Calling required; meetings fixed by the Company - Only role is to meet customer and convert into sales.

Remuneration: Fixed Salary (based on experience, candidature and current salary) + Incentives + Mediclaim + Conveyance + Telephone Reimbursement + Retirement Benefits (Leave Encashment, Gratuity) based on the statutory parameters.

Qualification:

 

QUALIFICATIONS

1.Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Specific Consideration:

- Good communication & convincing skills.

- Sales Experience (At least 6 Months)

- Candidate must have his own conveyance & Android phone

- Must be comfortable travelling within Patna region daily for client meetings.
