SF6 exists but SH6 donot. This is due to high electronegativity of F. The high electronegativity of D cause the excitation of electrons to achieve an oxidation state of +6 by sulphur. On the othe rhand, H is electropositive and hence SH6 cannot exist.

Because the electronegativity of F is much more than S.And its polarising power is more. But in case of SH6 electronegativity of S is much more than H. And H does not have enough nuclear charge.
