How we handle the subject of physics and chemistry in class... Bcoz there is soo many problems with new topics, new chapter and numerical.... plss help me and give me some tips to handel very easily....

It's very genuine to face problems with these subjects, but don't take the stress. First thing I will suggest you learn and understand all the concepts that are explained in class and then try to understand and revise those concepts in your mind. When you understood that concept then try to solve questions related to that topic.
On the weekend you have to revise the topics that you have covered in the whole week.
