Strong Bronsted base is a compound which has maximum ability to donate lone pair of electrons. If that lone pair is involved in resonance or aromaticity with the compound then it will not be readily available for donation. If the compound has an electron-withdrawing group attached to it, then also Bronsted basicity reduces.

In (A), the lone pair of electron on nitrogen are involved in aromaticity of 5-membered pyrolle ring and also in resonance with benzene.
In (B) the lone pair of electron on nitrogen are involved in resonance with acetyl group and also in resonance with benzene.
In (C) the lone pair of electron on nitrogen are involved in resonance with benzene, which has a strong -R group (-NO2)attached to it.
Hence, (D) is the strongest Bronsted Base.
