how is loksabha is more powerful than rajyasabha?

 Lok sabha is more powerful than the rajya sabha for the following reasons:-

1.According to Article 75(3) of the indian constitituion,the council of ministers are collectively responsible to the lok sabha and not to the rajya sabha.

2.All the money bills can be introduced only in the lok sabha,after being passed by the lok sabha a bill is sent to the rajya sabha.

3.the speaker is the chairman and the presiding officers of the lok sabha and not of the rajya sabha.

LOKSABHA IS THE HOUSE OF PEOPLE THAT IS THE REPRESENTATIVES AARE ELECTED BY PEOPLE AS U KNOW THAT PEOPLE ARE THE SUPREME POWER IN DEMOCRACY LOK SABHA IS THE MORE POWERFUL CHAMBER IN PARLIAMENT.THE MOST COMMON  WORK FOR RAJYA SABHA IS TO LOOK AFTER THE INTEREST OF VARIOUS REGION ,STATE,FEDERAL UNIT.

Lok Sabha is the house of the people and consists of representatives elected by the people and since a democracy is based on the idea of a governent "for the people , by the people and of the people" the "House of the People" or the "Lok Sabha" is given more power

loksabha is more power as : 1. in a democracy people elected reprsentativs rule d country. in lok sabha all members are elected by people whre as in rajya sabha some members are nominated by president 2. rajya sabha is concil of states and lok sabha house of people. the prime minister himself is a membr of lok sabha. 3. the councilof ministers including the prime minister is from lok sabha and the peson with majority in lok sabha is prime minister if the majority has no confidence on concl of minstrs they have to quit. rajya sabha hs no say in this. 4. lok sabha controls conil of ministers

THE LOK SABHA IS KNOWN AS THE HOUSE OF THE PEOPLE AND IS THE LOWER HOUSE.WE MAY THINK AS IT IS THE LOWER HOUSE IT DOES NOT HAVE POWERS.BUT IT IS NOT SO.THE LOK SABHA IS POWERFUL.FOR EXAMPLE-IN MONEY MATTERS THE LOK SABHA ENJOYS MORE POWERS.MONEY BILLS OR BUDGETS CAN BE INTRODUCED ONLY IN LOK SABHA.IF LOK SABHA PASSES THE BUDGET OR MONEY BILL,THE RAJYA SABHA CANNOT REJECT IT,IT CAN ONLY DELAY IT FOR 14 DAYS.IF THERE IS A DIFFERENCE OF OPINION BETWEEN BOTH THE HOUSES IN PASSING THE BILLS,THE DECISION IS TAKEN IN A JOINT SESSION OF BOTH THE HOUSES.SINCE THE STRENGTH OF THE LOK SABHA IS MORE THAN DOUBLE THE STRENGTH OF RAJYA SABHA THE OPINION OF LOK SABHA GENERALLY PREVAILS IN SUCH A MEETING.THUS THE LOK SABHA IS MORE POWERFUL THAN THE RAJYA SABHA

 lok sabha is known as the house of people because the representatives are elected by the people.the council of ministers is responsible to the lok sabha.in case of the money matters also lok sabha is powerful.the decision taken in case of the money bill is of lok sabha.
