how to calculate the number of gram atoms?

no. of gram atom corresponds to no. of moles
For eg.       if given mass of helium is 22.4g
then molar mass of helium is 4g
therefore no. of gram atoms = given mass/molar mass
                                                  = 22.4g/4g
                                                  = 5.51 gram atoms
