pinacole pinacolone rearrengement and otherwise, as there are many
different orders for the same given in different places, especially
about -Ph and -H I would like to know if someone could reliably
tell the order

Dear Student,

In pinacol-pinacolone rearrangements, the relative order of
migratory aptitude of groups is:

Hydride > Phenyl > Tertiary carbocation > Secondary
carbocation > Methyl group

The groups follow the order of increasing stability of
carbocation
