I didn't understand the last step please explain how to 2 comes with M1x

Work done in setting the rigid rod rotating with angular velocity ω is given as:
W=12Iω2=12M1x2+M2(l-x)2
Work done will be minimum when dWdx=0
dWdx=ddx12M1x2+M2(l-x)2=122M1x+2M2(l-x)(-1)122M1x-2M2(l-x)=0This implies2M1x-2M2(l-x)=0  (12 is not zero)
This is how 2M1 comes into the expression.
