If same quantity of electricity is passed through 3 electrolytic cells containing FeSO4,Fe2(SO4)3,and Fe(NO3)3 then how come same amount of gas is evolved in all 3 cases at anode??

According to the Faraday's Second Law of electrolysis :
If same quantity of electricity is passed through 3 electrolytic cells(as given above), then amount of metal deposited or O2 gas liberated in each cell would be proportional to their chemical equivalent. Since the chemical equivalent of O2 is same in each case hence amount of O2 released would also be same.

inthe compition among the among the anions oh- ion reaches first and hence 1 equivalent of oh- gets decomposed
