Kindly explain in details, What are peroxides and superoxides? How they differ from each other and also from monoxide ..?

These are the different compounds of oxygen where O is found to be in different oxidation states. Like in the peroxides, there are two oxygens attached by single bond and have an oxidation state of -2.
Peroxides are O22-
Superoxides are two oxygens O2- but having just one negative charge so each oxygen shares just 0.5 negative charge.
in monooxides each individual oxygen atom has -2 charge and is O2-
