PLEASE EXPLAIN ME THE CONCEPT OF REDOX TITRATION, DOUBLE TITRATION AND BACK TITRATION IN DETAIL.

Dear student,

REDOX TITRATION: deals with the reaction involving oxidation and reduction between analyte and titrant. Titration involves the use of redox indicators.
Redox titration relies on the oxidation of analyte ( solution of unknown concentration). Titrant ( solution of known concentration) is often an oxidising agent.
Eg of redox titration; Treating unknown concentration of Fe sample with known concentration of KMnO4.
Known concentration of KMnO4 is taken in burette and is titrated against unknown sample of Fe taken in conical flask. Equivalence point is indicated by faint pink colour. At equivalence point: E(forward) = E(reverse)  .
Reaction involved is-
Reduction half equation:MnO4-+ 8H+ + 5e- Mn2++4H2O
Oxidation half equation: Fe2+  Fe3+ +e-
Overall equation: MnO4- + 8H++ 5Fe2+  Mn2+ + 4H2O + 5Fe3+
