​​​​​​The rate of a reaction is directly proportional to the concentration of reactants, i.e.
 Rate  Concentration of reactants
So in ester hydrolysis ester will converted into corboxylic acid and alcohol as shown in the following reaction,
          ​​​​​​​    RCOOR1  ------------H+------------>  RCOOH  +  R1OH
A the time proceed the concentration of the ester get decrerase.

Given that initial rate of hydrolysis  =  R0
and rate of the hydrolysis after some ester get hydrolysed = Rt
 Since concentration of the ester get decrease with time, Hence R0 > Rt
Option (C) is correct.
