SF4 is gas,SeF4 is liquid,Tef4 is solid why?

Nature of any compound to behave as a solid, liquid or gas depends on the vander wall forces between the molecules of that compound.
And extent of bonding between the molecules due the molecules due to Vander wall forces is directly proportional to the molar mass . As the molar mass is increasing down the group from S to T , Vander wall forces are increasing. That is why SF4 is gaseous and TeF4 is solid.
