l = 50 cm r= 0 5 cm R = 5 55 x 10 3 Area of cross section (A) = $π r^{2}$ = 3 142 x 0 25 =0 7855 cm2 Resistivity $ρ = \frac{R A}{l}$ $\frac{5 55 \times 10^{3} \times 0 7855}{50} = 87 Ω c m$ conductivity k = 1/resistivity = 1/87=0 0115 $Ω^{- 1} {c m}^{- 1}$ molar conductivity , molar conductivity is given by

$= \frac{0 0115 \times 1000}{0 05} = 230 s c m^{- 1} m o l^{- 1}$
