Copper. Copper readily shows +1 as oxidation state.

I can see where you're coming from. Well, I think, no. Copper is the answer because in +1 oxidation state, it attains a very stable configuration of 3d10. But since Ni is 3d8 4s2, in +1 oxidation state, it would be 3d8 4s1, which is like, useless for it.

As per experimental values the sequence for I.E.-1 for these are:
Fe>Co>Cu>Ni
I don't have a proper explanation for why Ni has the lowest I.E. as even after losing an electron the obtained configuration will be of no use.
