the lowest IE1 value out of Fe,Cu,Co,Ni is for??

Ionisation Enthalpy is directly proportional to the size of atom and so Fe has the lowest 1st ionisation enthalpy.

Copper. Copper readily shows +1 as oxidation state.

Can Ni anyway be the answer?

I can see where you're coming from. Well, I think, no. Copper is the answer because in +1 oxidation state, it attains a very stable configuration of 3d10. But since Ni is 3d8 4s2, in +1 oxidation state, it would be 3d8 4s1, which is like, useless for it.

As per experimental values the sequence for I.E.-1 for these are: Fe>Co>Cu>Ni I don't have a proper explanation for why Ni has the lowest I.E. as even after losing an electron the obtained configuration will be of no use.
