Negative deviation from raoult's law means that the total vapour pressure of the initial liquid will be more when compared to the total vapour pressure of the solution ( when both the liquids are mixed ). eg. solution of  Nitric and Water.
The sign of delta H mixture is Negative for all the solutions showing negative deviation from raoult's law

Negative deviation occurs when intermolecular force of attraction between solute and solvent is more than cohesive intermolecular force of attraction in solute and solvent. In such solutions due to increase in intermolecular force of attraction in solution phase volume decreases. eg. HNOand HCl
eg. CH3COCH3 and CHCl3
delta Hmix<0(delta H mixture is negative for negative deviation)
