Swach Bharath is a mobile app promoting citizens to document their duty in keeping India clean. The citizen can directly report onto to a single platform, that monitors
1. Efforts and initiatives by the citizens in “cleaning up” cities or streets
2. Report “need to clean” locations for other Government agencies which are responsible for the sanitation of the region

3. The app helps the citizens to document the event of “cleaning” or report “need to clean” using Geo-stamped photos and short surveys or data points which can synchronize directly to a common web portal which is available for public view.

• To monitor dustbins on clearing garbage
• To monitor paid toilets and washrooms.
• To help fine people who are caught littering and send repeat offenders
• To reward those who keep their surroundings clean including industrial houses.
