IIT-JEE Main – 2014 Results Declared

The results of the IIT-JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Main were declared late on Friday night. The examination was held on April 6.

Candidates who cleared the JEE Main will now be eligible to appear for the JEE-Advanced test, scheduled to be held on May 25.

 

 

All the students who clear the JEE-Advanced test would stand a chance to compete for the 10,000-plus under-graduate engineering seats available at Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) across the nation.And the rank scored in JEE Mains 2014 will be valid for a period of two years.

This means that a candidate in the top 1.5 lakh list of JEE (Mains) can appear for the JEE Advanced either this year or next year.
