WHEN CRYSTALS OF FeSO4 ARE STRONGLY HEATED THE RESIDUE OBTAINED IS:
If a few drops of a concentrated acid accidentally spills over the hand of a student, what should be done?
(a) Wash the hand with saline solution
(b) Wash the hand immediately with plenty of water and apply a paste of NaHCO3
(c) After washing with plenty of water apply solution of NaOH on the hand
(d) Neutralise the acid with a strong alkali
how to make a litmus solution
Which of the following substance will not give carbon dioxide on treatment with dilute acid?
(a) Marble (b) Limestone (c) Baking soda (d) Lime
What will happen, when zinc reacts with dil. HCl?
a) the surface of zinc becomes brighter
b) the metal turns into powder
c) the reaction turns green
d) the surface of zinc becomes black & dull
When sodium bicarbonate is added to acetic acid we observe
We can check the presence of hydrogen gas by
1) bringing a lighted test tube which burns with a pop sound
2)bringing a burning a splinter and seein that it burns with a blue flame
Am i right?
Is there any other method to check the presence of hydrogen gas or not?If yes then please mention them
to study the properties of acids and bases HCl and NaOH by their reaction with
DO ACID AND BASE BOTH REACT WITH ZINC TO LIBERATE HYDROGEN GAS ????????
What is the difference between lime water and lemon water?
how can we know that liberated gas is hydrogen gas
In HCl blue litmus solution is added changes into red but when added red litmus solution it not changes?why?
what happens when aluminium strip is dissolved in copper sulphate solutions?
NaCl+H2SO4= NAHSO4+HCl how do I balance the equation
Cant we directly add HCl to lime water??
how can we know that liberated gas is carbon-dioxide gas
what happens when marble or egg shell reacts with hydro chloric acid pls write the reaction as well as the action of HCl on marble
COLOURLESS N ODOURLESS GAS IS LIBERATED WHEN HYDROCHLORIC ACID IS ADDED TO A SOLUTION OF WASHING SODA. THE NAME OF THE GAS IS:
We know that when Hydrogen is liberated flame produce Pop sound .....
while hear it's said that flame produce blue flame it is placed near to it.
is HCl harmful for us?
fom which litmus solution is made up of
in experiment 4 the lady says that a flame burns blue with reaction to hydrogen gas...is this true? or does it go off with a pop sound? or both?
A copper strip is added to a zinc sulphate solution. What happens to the copper strip after a day ?
what is catalyst.......?
what is object that hold test tube?
What is litmus actually???
What Are Zinc Granules?
What do you mean by "brisk effervescence"???
But hydrogen gas burns with a pop sound not with a blue flame isn't it?
how can NaOH REACT WITH NaOH
In the MCQ Practical book that I have it is mantioned that NAOH reacts with Zinc granules and evolves heat only after heating. They do not react at room temprature. They have also mentioned that when zinc granules react with HCL the colour of the granules change to black (as per the MCQ Book). what is the correct answer?
na is more reactive than zn , then how zn displaces na from naoh solution
What is the difference between a thisle funnel and a normal funnel?
when we open the lid of the bottle containing solid sodium hydroxide we observe it in which form? option A-colourless transparent beads Option B-small white beads option C- white pellets/flakes optionD- fine white powder please answer fast , i
IS HCl IS A DILUTE OR CONCENTRATED
i don't understand . please make this experiment easy.
doesn't the CO2 flow out of the test tube through the thisel funnel? the the lime water will turn slightly milky or will it be more milky as shown in the video?
Q) doesn't the CO2 flow out of the test tube through the thisel funnel? the the lime water will turn slightly milky or will it be more milky as shown in the video?
Qwhen the gas stops coming out will the lime water be still be in milky or it comes to its natural colour ?
why hcl should handled carefully
It would be better if, rather than cartoons doing the activities, you gave the videos of the real experiment.
guys lagta hai koi answer nahi dena chahta....shall i go???
what is litumus actually
why did we use zinc granules not zinc solution to perform this experiment?
what is the valancy of na
After dipping a copper plate into a beaker containing colourless solution and observing the changes if any Ramesh expressed his bservations in the form of a chemical equation as given below:
Cu+ZnSO4 ----------> CuSO4+Zn
Which of the following statements is not correct?
(A)The reaction doesnot occur
(B)Cu is less reactive than Zn
(C)The colourless solution is ZnSO4
(D)Zn is less reactive than Cu
E.g: 9876543210, 01112345678
We will give you a call shortly, Thank You
