The wait for Maharashtra Board class 10 students is finally over as the SSC results were declared on Tuesday, the 17th of June, 2014. The results had been delayed for very long and had left students of class 10 anxious. The Maharashtra Board SSC exams were held in the month of March and over 17 lakh students appeared for the same. Maharashtra Board SSC Results 2014 Delayed; Next Expected Date 20-25 June

Date: 11 June 2014 In the past couple of days, Maharashtra Board students have been excited and nervous about their SSC results for the year 2014, which were expected to be declared on the 10th of June. However, they might have to wait longer, since the latest update states that the results have been delayed. The authorities who stated that the results might be out in the first half of the month are now not very sure about when the results might get declared. Higher authorities state that they are still compiling the results for all the nine divisions across the state. The Board chairman cannot announce the results date till the final report is ready. The SSC exams for Maharashtra Board were conducted in the month of March and more than 13 lakh students from over 20, 000 schools had appeared for the same. The students now eagerly await their results so that they may select the streams (Science, Commerce or Humanities) they want to be part of, in the higher classes.

Maharashtra Board Class 10 Results To Be Declared on June 10

Date: 09 June 2014 Since the results for CBSE class 10 and 12 as well as the Maharashtra Board Class 12 results have already been declared, the results for Maharashtra Board Class 10 results are underway too. The authorities at the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) have stated that the results can be expected around the 10th of June. Maharashtra Board 10th exam was conducted between 3rd March to 27th March 2014. Last year the SSC results for Maharashtra Board were announced on the 7th of June. This year, 13,37,114 candidates from across 20,507 schools appeared for the exams. The exam had been held at 3,812 centres. Students wanting to check the results can log in to the official website, which is www.mahresult.nic.in. Other useful sites for the purpose are: http://sscresult.mkcl.org and http://rediff.com/exams. The students need to enter their exam seat numbers to see their results. The students will also be able to take the printout from the website. The Printed Mark Sheet will be made available to students at their respective schools. Students who wish to apply for revaluation should do so by attaching a true copy of their marksheets. In case of the high usage of the website once the result is declared, there might be a few glitches and students might face problems in accessing the result. Maharashtra Board Class 12 Results Declared Today

Date: 02 June 2014 The anxious and excited students who appeared for Maharashtra Board HSC exams can now heave a sigh of relief as the results for the Board-organised exams are declared today. The results for Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education were declared amidst a lot of anticipation on the students' part, who can now apply for different universities and courses, which have merit-based admissions. The exam was held in from February 26 to March 26, 2014. In a first of its kind occurrence, the state recorded an overall pass percentage of 84% in the exams. The pass percentage of freshers is around 90.03%. Last year, the state's success rate was 75.2% while the city of Mumbai recorded a success rate of 69.1%. Among first-time examinees, girls outshone boys in the Mumbai region, with a pass percentage of 92.3% while 84.73% boys passed. Across the state, 13, 37, 114 appeared for the examination. Science stream had 4,50,176 aspirants, Commerce had 4,66, 723 and arts had 2,62,705 students appearing in the exam. 54,347 students appeared from the vocational stream. Students can check their result on www.mahresult.nic.in. Junior colleges will distribute the marksheets to the students on June 10th at 3.00 pm. Maharashtra Board HSC Results to be Declared by May End, June First Week

Date: 27 May 2014 Now that most of the results for CBSE and ICSE Board exams are out, Maharashtra State Board results for HSC have also been speculated to release towards the end of May or the beginning of June. The Maharashtra Board HSC exams were held all over the state starting on the 20th March and were concluded on the 10th of April. A total of 12 lakh students appeared for the HSC exam, while class 10 had over 15 lakh students appearing for their SSC exams. Authorities of the Board said the results were on its way. Last year the HSC results were declared on the 30th of May, while the SSC results were announced on June 7. The officials stated that they make every possible attempt to make sure that the results are error free and students can access their results with ease. Students can check their result on the official website of the Board. Because the state is segmented into nine parts and all their results are declared simultaneously, there might be a few glitches in the website.
